As our products are all custom-made upon order, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a defect in your item or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.

To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer service team at info@gunart.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photographs. Our team will review your request and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Please note that any refunds or exchanges are subject to approval by our customer service team. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
